Installments
The full price for the apartment 350 000 $ is divided into 5 payments until 1 q 2028 (see the schedule). Deposit 200 000 $. The first payment will be 122 500 $ (35% of the apartment cost) is paid when signing the contract within a month after paying the deposit. The remaining payments follow the payment schedule.
PURCHASE OPTIONS
Transfer of Rights
