How many tokens can I buy?
You can purchase any number of tokens within the maximum limit. On the purchase page, simply specify the desired quantity using the “+” and “-” buttons. The system will automatically calculate your investment and potential profit upon completion of the transaction.
What happens after I buy a token?
In your personal account, you will find your purchase in the "Tokens" section. Immediately after confirming the payment in this section, you will be able to check the record of your transaction in the blockchain. Within 2 weeks after the closing of the tokenization participants' collection, a contract with the developer, receipts and acts confirming the fact of the purchase of the real estate will appear in this section. As the construction of the property progresses, photo reports from the developer from the construction site will appear in this section. When the time comes to sell the property, we will notify you about this and inform you about the successful completion of the transaction.
How are my investments protected?
All transactions are recorded in the blockchain via smart contracts, ensuring the security of funds and transparency of transactions.
Can I sell my token?
Yes, you can, but you do not receive the profit included in the project, i.e. only the amount you invested will be returned, minus the platform commission of 3%. As soon as you leave us a request for a refund, we will put your token up for sale. When the sale is made, we will transfer the funds to your crypto wallet.
How does the profit payment work?
Once the property is sold and all settlements are completed, we will credit your investment and distributed profit to your balance in your personal account on the platform. You can withdraw funds to your crypto wallet by leaving a corresponding withdrawal request
